2. What we collect
- Contact detailsyou submit through a form: name, email, phone, the address of a property you’re asking about, and your message.
- Usage data such as the pages and listings you view, search filters you apply, and an anonymous visitor identifier we set in a first-party cookie.
- Device data such as your IP address, browser, and coarse region (country/state) — used for security, abuse prevention, and to honor regional privacy laws.
- Consent receipts recording the choices you make in our cookie banner and preference center.
3. How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and provide brokerage services.
- To send transactional messages (showing confirmations, document requests).
- With your consent, to send marketing — newsletters, listing alerts, and follow-ups about listings you viewed.

7. Retention
Inquiry data is retained while your transaction or interest is active and for a reasonable period afterward for tax, licensing, and audit purposes. Marketing consent records are retained for the life of your consent plus 12 months. Anonymous analytics data is aggregated after 24 months.
